EXHIBIT S
Permanent Man-Made Structures within 200 Feet of the Affected Land
1. Power Lines/Poles
2. Phone Lines/Poles
3. Brighton Ditch
4. Huett Seepage Ditch
5. Oil and Gas Lines
6. Oil and Gas Wells, Pumps, and Tank Batteries
7. Fences/Structures
8. Unimproved roads
9. Houses and outbuildings
Aggregate Industries believes that the mining operation, as proposed, will not adversely affect
any of the permanent, man-made structures located within 200 feet of the affected azea.
However, the applicant still anticipates providing evidence of agreements for compensation with
the appropriate structure owners or engineering evaluations that adequately demonstrate that the
proposed mining and reclamation operations will not result in damage to the structures. Until the
agreements or engineering evaluations are provided, mining will remain at least twice the pit
depth from significant, valuable, or permanent man-made structures not controlled by the
applicant.
Structures within the affected area that aze not owned by the applicant will be removed or
relocated during mining. Mining activities will avoid structures within the affected azea that can
not be removed or relocated. Until agreements with the structure owners are in place, and the
structures aze removed or relocated, mining will remain at Least twice the pit depth from the
structures. Alternatively, if structures aze not removed from the affected area, engineering
evaluations may be provided that adequately demonstrates that the proposed mining and
reclamation operations will not result in damage to the structures.
Wittenberg Inkes
OMG !11 Permit
Page 32
