The applicant proposes to reclaim the site fc <br />habitat. <br />The Flined Land Reclamation Board must deny a permit for any propose <br />operation which would be in violation of zoning, subdivision regula <br />any master plan for extraction (See C.R.S. 34-32-115(4)(e)).
