Before performing any work of construction, maintenance, <br />replacement or removal of said ling, Licensee shall procure or shall <br />require contractor doing work to procure Workmen's Compensation Insur- <br />ance, General Liability Insurance and Automobile Liability Insurance in <br />reliable insurance companies authorized to do business in Colorado, with <br />limits not less than the following: <br />(a) Workmen's Compensation - statutory limits irrespective of <br />the number of employees engaged in the wrk. <br />(b) General Liability - bodily injury limits $100,000 for one <br />person and $100,000 for any one accident. Property damage limits - <br />$100,000 for any one claim. <br />(c) Automobile Liability - bodily injury limits - $100,000 for <br />one person, $100,000 for any one accident. Property damage limits - <br />$100,000 for any one claim. <br />This insurance shall be written and maintained to protect Licen- <br />see or contractor against liability for damages and expenses arising from <br />damage to property, or injury or death of person or persons arising in any <br />way out of or in connection with the work on said lines. <br />Licensee shall submit to the Licensor a certified copy of these <br />insurance policies or a certificate of insurance for inspection before any <br />such work is performed. <br />6.
