Danielson. of <br />the Division of Water Resources which was addressed to <br />Harris Sherman, Secretary for your Board. Briefly stated, <br />Dr. Danielson inquired regarding our water usage for: <br />1. domestic and sanitary purposes from our' <br />alluvial well, and <br />2. ore-washing purposes in the ore sorting <br />plant. <br />Our response is divided into two sections corres- <br />ponding with the inquiries of Dr. Danielson. In summary, <br />our response establishes that this usage of water comFlies <br />with all pertinent laws, including those regarding the <br />diversion, use, quality and return of the waters of tr.e <br />state. Amore detailed discussion of each usage follows: <br />1. Alluvial Well Water. <br />The materials regarding Cotter's usage of <br />this source have been remitted to you previously, and copies <br />are attached hereto for your convenience. These materials <br />led us to the conclusion stated in our January 13, 1978 <br />letter to you that: <br />
