This letter is in regard to a Colorado Law "1976 ACT" or "the ACT"
refers to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act of 1976, C.R.S.
1973, 34-32-101 et. seq., as amended (1976 Sess Laws, Ch. 108).
