The preparation of technical responses has <br />involved consultation with Division staff, coordination with subconsultants, and close <br />examination of mining and reclamation plans. As a result, additional time is necessary to <br />allow for submittal and processing of adequacy documents. <br />Pursuant to Rule 1.4.1(9), the applican# in the present case requests extension of the <br />decision date to December 6, 2006. The applicant hereby waives its right to a decision <br />un#il the referenced date.
