Topsoil Stockpiles 2,3,4,7, and 8 <br />With completion of the final grading operations at the North Pit, South Pit, <br />Permanently Reclaimed Spoils Area, roads, and equipment storage area, topsoil will <br />be redistributed from the topsoil stockpiles as identified above. When all topsoil is <br />removed from a given stockpile, sufficient topsoil from the stockpile will be <br />retained to retopsoil the basal area of the topsoil stockpile. Topsoil stockpiles 7 <br />and 8 will retain adequate volumes of topsoil to Retopsoil Sediment Ponds 1 and 2 <br />after the determination that they aze no longer required and they have been regraded. <br />Retopsoiled topsoil stockpile locations (footprints of the former stockpile locations) <br />will be revegetated in accordance with the revegetation plan. In the event that there <br />is topsoil in excess of that required to replace a maximum of 12-18 inches of topsoil <br />on the disturbed azeas of the Cazbon Junction Mine, excess topsoil may be replaced <br />on adjacent disturbed and/or reclaimed azeas owned by Oakridge Energy on Ewing <br />Mesa. <br />Reconstruction of Carbon Junction Canyon <br />The restoration of the Cazbon Junction drainage will be part of the final reclamation <br />plan and is bonded for the cost of the work, The work involves a diversion of 1962 <br />feet that will be riprap lined and will have one culvert crossing under the main <br />access road.
