The operations remaining are those described above related to <br />reclamation and monitoring at the mine. <br />2.05.3(3) Mine Facilities <br />No mine facilities will remain after completion of reclamation with the exception of the paved haul <br />road that serves the Ewing Mesa # 1 Pit and has been approved for permanent retention. Sediment <br />control structures will be removed after a demonstration of erosion minimization attainment as <br />provided for in the CDMG liability and bond release criteria.
