MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD MEETING
MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD/STATE OF COLORADO, Public Notice in conformance
with the Sunshine Administrative Procedures Act, C.R.S. 1973. The Mined Land Reclamation Boatd
will hold its monthly meeting on Monday and Tuesday, January 25-26, 1999, begitttting at
9:00 a.nt. on both days. The Board will meet at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 7290
Commerce Center, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
On Monday, January 25, 1999 the Board will consider Cripple Creek & Victor
Gold Mining Company's Amendment No. 7 application.
Due to the statutory deadlines and other responsibilities and requirements, the following Mined Land
Reclamation Board Meeting AGENDA IS TENTATIVE AND WILL BE REVISED. If you have
