<br />EXHIBIT G <br />Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />The permit area is in two ownerships. The first pazcel is owned by the applicant. The second <br />parcel, which is the existing borrow area, is owned by Grand County. <br />A Special Use Permit is currently being processed by Grand County for the sand and gravel <br />mining operation. Approval of this permit will forwarded to the DMG as proof of Legal Right <br />to Enter. <br />8 <br />
