a Limited Impact (110) reclamation permit from the Colorado Mined
Land R clamation Board (the `Board^) to conduct mining operations
in ~LA ~'!o S A County. The attached information is being
provided to notify you of the location sad nature of the proposed
operation. The entire application is oa file with the Division of
Minerals and Geology (the `Division') and the local county clerk
and recorder.
The applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to
i?ANGE Li4.v i~ use. Pursuant to Section 34-32-116 (7) (j) , C.R.S. ,
the Board is required to confer with the local Board of County
Commissioners before approving of the post-min;ng• land 'use.
Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your c~P*+ta on the
proposed operation. Please note that, in order to preserve your
right to a hearing before the Board on this application, you must
submit written comments on the application within ten (10) days
after the date of the applicant's newspaper publication.
