• Creek on the average contributes slightly less than one percent <br />to the total flow of the Colorado River at Grand Valley. <br />The mean annual surface runoff value for the Dow West property <br />is estimated to be 1.5 inches, or about 1,200 acre-feet as <br />measured at the south property line. This represents an annual <br />average rate of 1.7 cfs. During most of the year, flows are <br />significantly less than 1 cfs in Davis and Middle Fork creeks. <br />Variations in streamflow above the confluence of Davis and Middle <br />Fork creeks (combined area of 13.3 square miles) were analyzed <br />on diurnal, seasonal, and annual bases. Diurnal fluctuations <br />were minor.
