Ia which direction is mining progressing? <br />2. Prior to disturbing areas previously undisturbed, tho upper 4 to 6 inches <br />of topsoil, ^ineral fines and rubble should be stockpiled for later <br />replaceaent. <br />L'xhibit C - 1;aP ,~ <br />1. Is the area outlined in red on this map the permit area? Ie the area`s <br />outlined and colored green the rubble storage area? <br />Exhibit R - Reclamation Plan <br />1. Please specify that whenever possible, slopes vdll be graded not steeper ~ <br />than 2:1 (2 hozieontal 1 vertical). Rock quarry walla can be left <br />steeper but in a stable condition. <br />L•ahSbit A - Reclamation Coate <br />1. Reclamation coats must be adjusted to reflect what it would actually <br />cost the State to accomplish the reclamation in the event an operator <br />was unable to do so. Our figures show that it would cost the State no <br />leas than $540.00, broken down as follows: <br />Graea seed - 24 lbs. PLS/acre @ $1.00/lb. $']2.00 <br />Trees - 30 potted ponderosa pirce $ 17.00 <br />30 potted Rocky Mountain juniper $ 17.00 <br />Fertilizer - S10.00/acre $ 30.00 <br />Grading b related catapillar work - <br />3 hours/acre @ $45.00/hour $405.00 <br />TOTAL $541.00 <br />
