Drawing D-2-3 shows the layout of the haul road and the loca- <br />tion of the drainage culverts. <br />4.6.2.3.3 Stream Channel Diversions <br />No operations at the load out facility will involve the diversion of <br />any stream channels. <br />4.6.2.3.4 Effluent Control and Discharge Structures <br />The loadout facility possesses three sediment control structures: <br />° Pond l: retains all disturbed area runoff at unit train <br />area <br />° Pond 2: retains washdown water and is part of water <br />supply system <br />° Sediment pond for the truck dump area <br />All sediment control ponds are designed to retain runoff from a <br />1D-year, 24-hour storm for at least 24 hours. Design details are <br />shown on Drawing D-2-4. <br />All coal washdown water and runoff from disturbed areas will be con- <br />tained for sediment control in the above referenced ponds.
