in the SEDCAD+ User's Manual (Schwab and Warner, 1987, page 113), the time <br />of concentration restriction of 0.125 hours is somewhat mandated due to a <br />combination of array size restrictions, minimum internal convolution <br />interval, and the user-specified time increment for saving convoluted <br />values. <br />Drainage Basin Area <br />The drainage areas are determined by direct measurement by planimetering <br />from 1"=200' or 1"=400'scale map. Areas were measured on a subwatershed <br />basis for the North and South refuse collection ditches. An individual <br />ditch section receives runoff from its corresponding sub-basins, and <br />runoff contributed from the up-slope ditch sections. Sedimentation Pond <br />No. 4 receives runoff contributed by all the refuse collection ditches, a <br />small area surrounding the pond, and precipitation on the pond itself. <br />Magpie Creek Diversion receives runoff from two (2) subwatersheds.
