Ridley Pit <br />Supplemental Comments on Exhibit C and Exhibit F <br />TO: Division of Minerals and Geology <br />FROM: Gary L. Pritchard <br />Bent County Administrator <br />In connection with the Ridley regular 112 reclamation permit application the <br />following additional information is submitted. <br />Referring to the addendum to Exhibit C please be advised that Bent County, <br />landowners, and others have conducted excavation of gravel from this site over a <br />period of many years. Where this mining has occurred is as indicated <br />(eAncircled red areas on the Exhibit C addendum map). All such mining has <br />been within the boundaries requested to be permitted per this application. <br />Referring to Exhibit F: The same comments relative Exhibit C apply insofar as <br />indicating previous excavation by Bent County, landowners, and others have this <br />site over a period of many years. All such pre-mined areas are incorporated into <br />the permitted area and are within the reclamation plan being submitted herewith. <br />
