NO 1211-CO-09-03455-01 <br />DATE OF CERTIFICATION: October 2, 1990 <br />DITCH IDENTIFICATION: South Refuse Ditch, Sections C 3 D <br />DITCH LOCATION: NW1/4, Sec. 30, Twp 205, Rng 59W, 5th PM <br />Fremont County, Colorado <br />STATEMENT OF CERTIFICATION <br />I, John Effinger III, a Registered Professional Engineer a <br />Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado, Certification #13746, <br />hereby certify that on September 20, 1990, I did perform an <br />inspection and field survey of the above referenced refuse <br />ditch, and that with subsequent compilation of field data have <br />found said ditch to be in general conformance with the <br />requirements of Section 4.05.4 (2), Regulations of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, and with the <br />certified design plans of the Technical Revision Request it7 (TR- <br />07) Document, prepared by ACZ Inc, Engineering S Environmental <br />Services, dated August 24, 1969 and revised Feburary, 1990.
