STATEMENT OF CERTIFICATION
• I, David J. Brent a Registered Engineer in the State of
Colorado, holding Certificate No. 13290 hereby certify that
on April 19, 1983 I inspected the above identified sedimenta-
tion pond facility, and that said facility was found to be in general
conformance with the plans approved by the Mined Land Reclamation Division,
Colorado Department of Natural Resources on April 5, 1983 The
sediment and runoff capacity of the facility equals or exceeds the require-
ments of Section 4.05.6 CMLRB Regulations.
Comments: Place riprap on pond slope according to plans. Place riprap
at pond drain exit area. Repair minor erosion.
