Colorado, holding Certificate No. 13290 hereby certify that
on January 10, 1984 ~ I inspected the above identified sedimentation
pond facility. and that said facility ryas found to be in general conformance
with the certified plans. The sediment and runoff capacity of the facility
equals or exceeds the requlrements of Section 4.05.6 CMLRB Regulations.
