Though notified of <br />this application by our office, the applicant is encouraged to contact the State Historic <br />Preservation Office to verify that no significant cultural resources exist on the proposed <br />excavation site. <br />Exhibit S -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />27.A11 permanent man-made structures on or within 200 feet of the affected area boundary must <br />be adequately addressed as required by Rule 6.4.19.
