The Division's approval of the proposed control plan is based on the submitted production level <br />as listed below. Prior to any increase in daily or annual production rates, the applicant shall <br />submit a Revised Air Pollutant Emission Notice and Control Plan which will be subject to <br />Division review and approval to ensure compliance with the National Ambient Air Quality <br />Standards for particulate matter. Annual records of the actual production rate shall be <br />maintained by the applicant and made available to the Division for inspection upon request. <br />Production of coal shall not exceed 350,000 tons per year. <br />Note to Permit Holder: <br />The following emissions of total suspended particulates (TSPI and particulate mailer of less <br />than ten microns IPM10) are estimated based on the production rates listed above.
