Similar ancient recording <br /> applies to the Good Enough. <br /> For the foregoing reasons, we respectfully request Boulder <br /> County Land Use Department recognize recorded ownership of the <br />' Oscar and Good Enough Lode properties with the Mill improvements <br />constructed thereon. This record ownership is in COM, Inc. and has <br /> been since grant conveyance by Fraser by deed dated April 20. 1987, <br />' Fraser having obtained title from Mazk A. Steen and Charles A. Steen, <br />President. Mi Vida Enterprises. Inc. by deed dated January 27, 1986. <br /> This record title is acknowledged in recitals to the Milling Contract <br />' dated February 13, 1991. <br /> We request recognition and acceptance Mill may appropriately <br /> be operated to process ores owned by Mill owner and operator (COM, <br />' Inc./Homestate), which ores aze derived from mining within Boulder <br /> County Forestry Zoning District. We request limitation imposed be <br /> confined to toll milling, otherwise described as custom mllling, <br />' whereby Mill may not process for fee, ore belonging to another. <br /> Acknowledgment and recognition of Mill ownership in existent <br />' and recorded state and acceptance Mill may operate as intended, to <br /> process ores owned by Mill owner and operator, will permit facility to <br /> productively operate, with confidence it is functioning within limits <br />' permitted under existing zoning regulation. <br /> We are not here seeking to introduce a new and unanticipated <br /> operation. We wish to conform to all reasonable requirements <br />' respecting access, transport and confinement of use to the milling site <br /> as is appropriate and applicable. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We have no expectation to require any more than a recognition <br />that the milling and processing of mineral bearing ores to which COM, <br />Inc. and its lessee, Homestate, Inc., hold title shall be permitted. <br />Encls. <br /> <br />Inc. <br /> <br />
