<br /> <br /> <br />Fremon-~ County <br />Department of Planning and Zoning <br />Attn: Marshall Butler <br />Post Office Box 349 <br />Canon City, Co. 81212 <br />Dear Mi•, Butler, <br /> <br />CEN"DEL <br />August 24, 1989 <br />Centel Electric- Colorado <br />Estimating Department <br />Canon City, Co, 81212 <br />Centel Corporation is aware that Fremont County is involved with <br />a gravel lease, known as "Fremont County Gravel Pit- Oak Creek <br />Site", in the S~ SW; NEQ and N~ Nd4 SEA of Section 23, Township <br />20 South, Range 71 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian and that <br />access to this gravel pit is across easement granted to Centel <br />for the powerline now known as the Canon City to Skinner Sub- <br />station 69 KV Line. <br />In the area of the access road to this gravel pit, between <br />Structure No. 15 and Structure No. 16, the height above ground, <br />of this 69 KV line, exceeds 30 feet, <br />It is the thought of Centel, if normal caution is used in moving <br />large oversized equipment and dump beds are lowered, as they <br />cross under this powerline that the crossing of said easement <br />will have no conflict with the operation of the Canon City to <br />Skinner Substation 69 KV powerline. <br />If there are questions, please feel free to call, Bob Barnhill, <br />between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4;30 PM, at (719) 275-3803. <br />Thanking You, <br />Bob Barnhill <br />Centel Electric- Colorado <br />Estimating Department <br />Canon City, Co, 81212 <br />XC Loyal Proud <br />Don F:ammack <br />
