The applicant should quantitatively determine approximately how much runoff <br />retention would occur as the result of the operator s proposed sediment control <br />system (on a mean annual basis). Our concern is whether the sediment storage <br />volumes of each pond will contain a significant volume when added together will <br />significantly diminish the mean annual flows in Curtis Creek.
