EXHIBIT G: WATER INFORMATION

The site plan map shows the location of existing water
courses near the Vagneur Pit. A well will be constructed
at the northeast corner of the site adjacent to Woody Creek.
Water rights will be purchased as defined in the attached
lease and option agreements; i.e., one cubic foot per second
from the Waco Ditch and .41 cubic feet per second from.
Collins Creek. Such water rights will safeguard our well
water use. Storage ponds will be built on the site and
water recycled for air pollution control purposes. All
water used on site will be contained on site via drainage
ditches and storage ponds. Our anticipated use of water is
as follows:
Dust control 32,000 gallons/day
Pond evaporation 680 gallons/day
Water removed from site in
washed material (sand) 11,628 gallons/day
TOTAL 44,308 gallons/day
Easily attainable from the water rights in excess of
900,000 GA/Day, this relatively small amount of water usage
is not expected to have any noticeable affect on the
hydrologic balance of the area.
