It is understood by this Board that the actual result of <br />the change in point of diversion being applied for will likely be the <br />augmentation of flow in the river and no adverse effect on minimum <br />stream flows. This permit is specifically conditioned upon the approval <br />of a change in the point of diversion not reducing the established <br />minimum stream flow. <br /> <br />9. Not more than ten (10%) of all gravel excavated from the site and <br />hot-mix produced on the site shall be sold for use outside Pitkin <br />County. No discrimination shall be shown to a.ny purchaser within the <br />County, but this provision shall not prevent the Operator from giving <br />quantity discounts. <br />10. The published Pitkin County Sand and Gravel Regulation ins incorporated <br />herein by reference and made a part hereof. as if. fully. set forth herein. <br />1'1. The Operator may use a 5,000 square foot area, designated on the site <br />plan as camper area for employees to park not more than six (6) recrea- <br />tional vehicles for the exclusive use. of parking vehicles for temporaty <br />housing while working in the Aspen area. Use of this area by camper <br />vehicles shall be limited to Monday through Friday during the months <br />of June, July, August and September or whenever Elam is operating out <br />of the Vagneur pit site, whichever time period is less. This area <br />shall be bermed to conceal them from view from the surrounding area. . <br />12. Development and Reclamation. <br />A.. The Operator .has filed with the County, maps showing the proposed <br />excavation during the five-year period (Exhibit A). In addition, <br /> <br />a cross section has been filed with the County (Exhibit A) to <br />illustrate the proposed method of establishing rehabilitation of <br />the disturbed slopes. Reclamation shall be i'n accord with these <br />cross section drawings. - <br />8. Revegetation must be_accomplished as soon as practicable after . <br />work has been completed in an area where the Operator has concluded <br />its work.
