<br />WILDLIFE STATEMENT <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for <br />- use by the Mined Land Reclamation Board in their consideration of <br />a mining permit for "Vagneur Pit" 7 D KrPiccler F1am fnnctrurtinn rn <br />1225 South 7th Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501 <br />The Colorado Division of wildlife does hereby find, to the best of <br />our knowledge, that the impact of the proposed mining operation on <br />wildlife will be <br />XXX minor <br />moderate <br />major <br />Mine Location: ME 4, Sec. 16, T9S, R85W, 6th PM <br />Wildlife Species List: (may be attached) <br />Mule Deer <br />• Coyote <br />Small Mammals <br />Passerine Birds <br />Endangered Species Impacted: <br />NONE <br />Assessment of Impact on Wildlife: (may be attached) <br />Unknown numbers of wildlife will be displaced from the site. No unique or <br />significant wildlife habitat will be disturbed. Impacts on resident wildlife <br />are not expected to be measurable. <br /> <br />Reclamation Recommendations: (may be attached) <br />The Division of Wildlife request that native species.of grasses, fortis and/or <br />shrubs be used for revegetation.
