The description shall identify those documents by type and date of execution, identify the <br />specific lands to which the document pertains. and explain the legal rights claimed by the applicant. <br />RESPONSE <br />Federal Lands <br />Twentymile Coal Company will not enter Federal coal or Federal surface lands without first obtaining a required <br />mining plan approval from the Secretary of Interior as provided for in the Colorado Cooperative Ageement at 30 <br />CFR 906.30.
