<br />EXHIBIT C <br />Chaparral Pit #2 <br />Park County, Colorado <br />A_ This pit will be used as needed for road fills and maintenance <br />and will commence as soon as it is officially permitted. This <br />pit will probably only be in production through the summer <br />months or less• than 180 days. <br />B. The depth of the top soil minimal at best. Top soil will have <br />to be hauled in. <br />C. All waste rock and overburden will be used in road fills and <br />new road construction. <br />D. It is estimated that we will excavate to depths of possibly 45 <br />feet. <br />E. There are no roads, buildings, maintenance facilities or <br />underground openings on the premises. <br />F_ There are no significant disturbances at this time, only <br />traces of an old jeep trail type road, which is hard to <br />distinguish. <br />G. No existing roads in this permit area. Access to new pit <br />will be through existing pit M-95-021_ No special provisions <br />will be necessary for run off, it will be natural. <br />H_ There will be no water used at this location. <br />I_ We do not anticipate encountering any ground water. <br />J. There is no way possible we could interfere with any water <br />rights. <br />K. No acid or chemicals will be used in this operation. <br />L. We will follow all the DMG rules and the suggestions of the <br />SCS to minimize any negative results. <br />M. A shaker screen may be used on occasion to produce road base. <br />N. N/A <br />O.
