The Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Conalruction Materials {CILS 34- 32.5-112 (9xa)) requires a copy of the application and all revisions and amendments to be placed and retained at the county recorder's office for public review and inspection until the Board has heard and acted upon the application. Additionally the Board "Regulations" (1.6.2 (2)) require that the application be retained there for an additional sixty (60) days following the Board's action on the application. Boazd action on this application has been delayed from the earlier reported November 25/26, 1997 Board Hearing and is now expected to be heard at the Board's February 25/26, 1997 Hearing/Meeting, making Apri125l26, 1998, the approximate termination date for this exhibit. You will be contacted at about that time for retrieval of the document. Regulatio' require that the applicant furnish proof that this exhibit revision has been pro . (Rule 6.3.9).
