• disturbance areas will be graded to approximately their original <br />configuration. Reclamation will be completed by scarifying the regraded <br />surface, redistributing stockpiled topsoil, and reseeding the area. <br />Maximum disturbance area for each drill site is expected to be <br />approximately 0.1 acres. <br />2.02.3 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: EXPLORATION INVOLVING REMOVAL OF MORE THAN <br />250 TONS OF COAL <br />EFCI's planned exploration will consist exclusively of drilling, with no <br />plans for bulk sampling. Drilling activities will be limited to less than <br />ten (10) holes for any given exploration program, so sample volumes will <br />include significantly less than 250 tons of coal and the provisions of <br />this section are not applicable. <br />2.02.4 APPLICATIONS: APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL OF EXPLORATION INVOLVING <br />REMOVAL OF MORE THAN 250 TONS OF COAL <br />This section is not applicable. <br />2.02.5 APPLICATIONS: NOTICE AND HEARING FOR EXPLORATION INVOLVING <br />REMOVAL OF MORE THAN 250 TONS OF COAL <br />This section is not applicable. <br />2.02.6 GENERAL COAL EXPLORATION AND COMPLIANCE DUTIES <br />EFCI will conduct all exploration and related activities in full <br />compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. In order to insure <br />compliance, the supervising geologist or engineer will be familiar with <br />relevant regulatory performance standards and will cooperate fully with <br />authorized CMLRD personnel. The drilling supervisor will also be <br />responsible for preparation and submittal of required reports, including <br />. the certificate of completion which will be filed per Section 2.02.6 (3) <br />(h)(ii), for each exploration program upon completion of drillhole <br />abandonment and reclamation of related disturbance areas. <br />2.02-6 <br />
