• disturbance areas will be graded to approximately their original
configuration. Reclamation will be completed by scarifying the regraded
surface, redistributing stockpiled topsoil, and reseeding the area.
Maximum disturbance area for each drill site is expected to be
approximately 0.1 acres.
2.02.3 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: EXPLORATION INVOLVING REMOVAL OF MORE THAN
250 TONS OF COAL
EFCI's planned exploration will consist exclusively of drilling, with no
plans for bulk sampling. Drilling activities will be limited to less than
ten (10) holes for any given exploration program, so sample volumes will
include significantly less than 250 tons of coal and the provisions of
this section are not applicable.
2.02.4 APPLICATIONS: APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL OF EXPLORATION INVOLVING
REMOVAL OF MORE THAN 250 TONS OF COAL
This section is not applicable.
2.02.5 APPLICATIONS: NOTICE AND HEARING FOR EXPLORATION INVOLVING
REMOVAL OF MORE THAN 250 TONS OF COAL
This section is not applicable.
2.02.6 GENERAL COAL EXPLORATION AND COMPLIANCE DUTIES
EFCI will conduct all exploration and related activities in full
compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
