RECEI\OED <br />~uL 2 s zooa <br />Conditions of Approval Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Dougherty Decorative Rock Site <br />COC 065720 <br />1) The operator shall contact BLM at ]east 48 hours before beginning any drilling operations to <br />arrange apre-job onsite to discuss the contract requirements. <br />2) The purchaser shall measure all production and provide BLM with a quarterly production <br />report, and copies of the scale tickets. <br />3) The operator shall complete all reclamation concurrently with production when possible, final <br />reclamation must be completed within 6 months of the expiration of the mineral materials <br />permit. <br />4) The area will be kept clear of trash at all times. <br />5) No hazardous materials will be stored on-site. <br />6) Operator will spray all noxious weeds on an as needed basis. <br />7) Work will be halted immediately if any cultural resource artifact is discovered, and the BLM <br />will be notified immediately. <br />8) The permit boundary will be clearly defined with steel fence posts <br />9) The operator will comply with al] applicable Federal, State of Colorado, and San Miguel <br />County laws and regulations. <br />10) No high walls to exceed 8'. <br />11) All heavy equipment, trailers and trucks must be power washed before being brought on- <br />site. <br />Reclamation Guidelines <br />1) Immediately following rock extraction, all oversized material and reject material will be <br />buried in the extracted area, and the soil will be replaced and recontoured to blend in with the <br />natural topography. <br />2) Scarify the recontoured area for seed bed preparation. <br />3) The following seed mix will be used for reclamation. <br />
