<br />• 11. Not applicable. <br />12. The future uses of the land will be residential. Materials <br />from the pit will be sold commercially and be used within the <br />subdivision to construct roads. Removing the gravel from the <br />effected area will enhance the lots by lowering the grade and <br />providing better building sites. It is anticipated that a total of <br />less than 100,000 tons will be removed from the pit during the life <br />of the mine. <br />13. Depending on the type of product needed material will be <br />processed using either a screening plant for making sand or a small <br />portable crushing plant for making base gravel. In both cases such <br />plants would be powered by a portable generator set. The generator <br />engine uses #2 diesel fuel stored in an above ground fuel tank. No <br />chemicals are used in the processing of the sand and gravel <br />products. Again no washing of sand or gravel products is <br />anticipated. <br />• <br />• <br />
