PERMISSION TO DRILL <br />Westem Fuels-Colorado, L.L.C., (hereinafter referred to as WFC) is hereby given permission to drill one <br />(1) test hole upon my (our} property, described as the following proximity, to wit: a portion of Section 14, <br />Township 46 North Range 16 West, NMPM, Montrose County, Colorado. <br />It is understood that i (we) will be paid One Hundred Dollars ($100.OD) per hole drilled on my property, the <br />same payable in advance before WFC's entry upon the property. <br />WFC will stake each hole to be drilled in conjunction with the Surtace Property Owner (Owner). When the <br />holes are staked, WFC will agree with the Owner as to drill rig access to minimize surtace disturbance. <br />WFC will also cooperate with the Owner as to drilling schedule to give Owner at least one week advance <br />notice of drilling. <br />WFC agrees that it will plug each test hole immediately upon the completion of the drilling activities at that <br />hole, and upon the completion of the drilling program, herein agrees that it will fill in all holes, ruts and <br />depressions created by the drilling process. Plugging of the holes and reclamation of the disturbed areas <br />will be performed as per the rules of Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology. WFC further agrees that <br />upon the completion of the drilling program, it will remove all debris from the drill sites. <br />WFC agrees to drill at mutually agreeable locations and times.
