Dear Mr. Crane:
Please find enclosed, objection to the High Mesa Gravel Pit application, File No. M-2000-
067. The objection was submitted from the BLM, dated July 7, 2000, and indicates that
substantial portions of the proposed permit area include federal minerals.
The application indicates that the surface owner, Jack and Ozella Shea, are the owner of
the subsurface rights. The application does not indicate that the applicant has legal right
to extract federal minerals.
