Long <br /> Diviswn Director <br />P.e: Adequacy Rcvie•.a•, Perini; n'v1 2001-063 <br />Dear Mr. Gagliano <br />The Division has reviewed you 112 permit application for permit # M-2001-068 Bottomless Pit <br />and has the following concerns. <br />I) EXHIBIT "L" RECLAMATION COST <br />A) The Division has calculated a financial warranty in the amount of $ 41,063.00 , to cover the <br />cost of reclaiming 10 acres and forwarded it for your review. According to phone conversations <br />we had since you received our estimate, you have indicated the figure was acceptable and agreed <br />with the Division's calculated warranty, which is slightly higher than your estimate. Please verify <br />in writing. <br />II) EXHIBIT "S" PERMANENT MAN MADE STRUCTURES <br />A) The pre- mining map indicates a buried C.I.G gas pipe line underneath the proposed haul <br />road. Huwever, there is no written agreement whit the pipe owners or an engineering siudy [hat <br />demonstrates this pipe line will not be impacted by the proposed operation.
