f I, JOE WELTE Secretary of The Lakewood
Brick and Tile Company a Colorado corporation, certify
that on the 27 day of April 1978 a special meeting
of the Board of Directors of the corporation was held at
Pueblo Colorado, and that all of the members of
' said Board were present and voting at such meeting. The
following resolution was proposed, seconded and unanimously
adopted by the Board:
' RESOLVED, that JAMES R. MURRAY the
Vice President of the corporation, is authorized to
sign and execute for and o^ behalf of the corporation
' all applications, reclamation bonds, petitions, con-
tracts, correspondence and any and all other documents
to be submitted to and filed with the-Mined Land Recla-
' mation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Act, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973,
as amended, Article 32; and
I FURTHER RESOLVED, that JAMES R. MURRAY , the
Vice President of the corporation is authorized
and empowered to represent and act for the corporation
in any capacity in connection with any acts or
activities with or before the Mined Land Reclamation
Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Act, and any action taken by the said
James R. Murrav for and on behalf of the cor-
poration shall in all respects be considered the act
of the corporation.
