Their report <br /> is in cluded on the following pages. In addition, Roy Bell and <br />' John Valentine of the SCS have sugges ted a revegetation program. <br /> Their suggestions are included in the reclamation plan (Exhibit E). <br /> The SCS report indicates only on e soil type (Nederland, cobbley, <br />' sandy loam) existing on the affected lands. The report indicates <br /> it is of poor quality. Nevertheless, the soil will be segregated <br />' and stockpiled whenever possible. <br />A lengthy list of grasses, (orbs and sage are noted in the <br />' SCS report.
