Analyses of coal and other pertinent tests appropriately identilied by drill hole number. Identify types oP tests <br />that were run (proximate, ultimate, moistwe-mintval-matter free basis, etc), and whether the reported results were <br />analyrecd or calculated as composi[e or incrcmencal samples. <br />3. llrill hole location map showing least: cr license boundary, coal crap lines, drill hole numbers, and township, <br />rangy and section lines and numbers. <br />4. Last of drill hole numbers and depths drilled. <br />An abandonment mport must be submitted after the drill holes have been properly eonditioted for abandemrcrt or if <br />approved in advance, converted to monitorinG wells. Thu report should centain tho follnwin;: <br />1. For abandoned boles. describe or ihustratc the ntethod by which each hole was pugged and conditioned for tinat <br />abandonment. <br />2. For holes converted to monitoring wells, describe or iltusu'atc the well comp[etion rrnlhcd (cementing, casing set, <br />perforation inrorval, etc.), what agcifer(s) is being monitored, duration and frequency of monitoring, and types of <br />tests planned (pH, conductivity, pump, cation, etc.) <br />3. Status of acclamation of all dislurbcd seas. <br />n. List of !tole cumbers and depths drilled. <br />Abandomnent irspectians will be conductof upon completion of operations to datermine il' drill hol~~r. arc properly <br />plugged and distwbed an^as arc reclaimed.
