Bruce Humphries, Minerals Program Supervisor ~J~ <br />RE: File No, M-90-140, Martin Pit 1-A, 110(2) Application <br />Please be informed that HerOwn Enterprises has filed with our office an <br />application to conduct surface mining and reclamation at or near Section 13, <br />Township 6N, Range 91W, 6th Prime Meridian. The applicant proposes to reclaim <br />the site for cropland use. <br />The applicant is required to place a copy of the apRlication for public <br />inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the proposed mine is <br />situated. This is intended to provide local governments and the public the <br />opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Please note that it is <br />not intended to be made a part of the Dublic record by recording, <br />Please have written comments to the Division within 15 days of the date of. <br />this letter. If you wish to confer further on the proposed application, <br />please contact the Mined Land Reclamation Division. The Division is <br />tentatively scheduled to consider this application on December 5, 1990. <br />
