The applicant proposes to reclaim <br />the site for cropland use. <br />The applicant is required to place a coDY of the application for public <br />inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the proposed mine is <br />situated. This is intended to provide local governments and the public the <br />opDOrtunity to comment on the proposed application. Please note that it is <br />not intended to be made a part of the public record by recording. <br />Please have written comments to the Division within 15 days of the date of <br />this letter. If you wish to confer further on the proposed application, <br />please contact the t•Tined Land Reclamation Division. The Division is <br />tentatively scheduled to consider this application on December 5, 1990. <br />
