15. Para ra h Headings. The various paragraph headings are inserted for convenience of <br />reference only, and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement or any section thereof. <br />16. Construction. Throughout this Agreement, the singular shall include the plural, and the <br />plural shall include the singular, and the masculine shall include the feminine wherever the context so <br />requires. <br />17. Governing Law.
