A Logan County Special Use Permit is needed and it will be obtained prior to mining <br />beginning. <br />2. This is an open pit dry mining operation and ground water will not be exposed so a well <br />permit and temporary supply plan is not necessary. <br />3. A dredge fill permit (404) is not required because there are no waters of the U.S. on this <br />site. <br />4. A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) will be developed if there is a potential for <br />surface water leaving the site. <br />5.
