<br />13.i. Missouri Creek Reservoir. Located in the W~ of Section 36,
<br />Township 2 South, Range 73 West of the 6th P.M., Gilpin County, Colorado, with the dam axis
<br />intersecting Missouri Creek at a point approximately 1,700 feet from the West section line and 2,400
<br />feet from the North section line of said Section 36. The source of water is Missouri Creek, and water
<br />in the drainage tributary to Missouri Creek, a tributary to North Clear Creek, and water diverted from
<br />North Clear Creek.
<br />13.j. Black Hawk Chase Gulch Reservoir. Located in the S~ NW'/< and
<br />the N~ SW~/., Section 2, Township 3 South, Range 73 West of the 6th P.M., Gilpin County,
<br />Colorado, with the dam axis to intersect Chase Gulch at a point approximately 1,600 feet from the
<br />West section line and 2,400 feet from the North section line of said Section 2. The source of water is
<br />Chase Gulch and water in the drainage tributary to Chase Gulch, a tributary to North Clear Creek,
<br />and water diverted from North Clear Creek.
<br />13.k. Mountain Supply Pipeline. Located in Sections 19, 30, 31,
<br />Township 2 South, Range 72 West of the 6th P.M. and in Section 6, Township 3 South, Range 72
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in Gilpin County, Colorado. The source of water is springs described in the
<br />Decree in Case No. W-203, Water Division No. 1.
<br />13.1. North Clear Creek Pumping Station (Black Hawk Pumping
<br />Station). Located on the southwest bank ofNorth Clear Creek whence the N''/a comer of Section 7,
<br />Township 3 South, Range 72 West bears North 54°40' E. 3,367.60 feet in Gilpin County, Colorado.
<br />The source of water is North Clear Creek.
<br />13.m. Black Hawk Reservoir and Spring. Located in W'/z SE'/o NW%<,
<br />Section 7, Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6th P.M, in Gilpin County, Colorado. The
<br />source of water is Mountain Supply Pipeline and North Clear Creek Pumping Station.
<br />14. Sources of Substitute Supply: Applicant has withdrawn with prejudice its
<br />claim to use any water derived from interests in the Farmers' High Line Canal and Reservoir
<br />Company as a source of substitute supply in this matter, including, but not limited to, Applicant's
<br />ownership interest in the Farmers' High Line Canal and Reservoir Company as it may exist from time
<br />to time, now or in the future. The remaining sources of substitute supply include Applicant's
<br />proportionate ownership interests in the Church Ditch as said ownership interests may exist from time
