The accounting used for this decree shall be integrated <br />with the other water right components and decrees operated by Applicant. <br />18. The application herein was filed in the Water Court in 1993 and the priority <br />awarded herein shall be administered as having been filed in that year, and shall bejuniorto all water <br />rights for which applications were filed in previous years. As between all water rights for which <br />applications were filed in the same calendar year, priorities shall be determined by historical dates of <br />appropriation and ate not affected by the date of entry of this decree. <br />It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Court that the application for <br />conditional direct flow water right is hereby granted. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this decree shall be filed with the appropriate <br />Division Engineer and the State Engineer. <br />An application for finding of reasonable diligence for the conditional water right awarded <br />herein shall be filed in Au ust of 2009, and thereafter in accordance with the provisions ofC.R.S. § <br />37-92-301(4), so long as the applicant desires to maintain the conditional water right herein awarded, <br />or until a determination has been made that the conditional right is made absolute by reason of the <br />completion of the appropriation. <br />DATED: August 22, 2003. <br />Jonathan W.
