A. WATER QUALITY STANDARDS.
• There shall be no violations of "Water Quality Standards for Colorado" as
adopted January 15. 1974 or any alterations or amendments thereto.
B. DISCHARGE LIMITATIONS AND MONITORING REQUIREMENTS.
C. SPECIAL MANAGEMENT PRACTICES.
• (1) The permittee shall minimize the use of machinery in the watercourse.
(2) The permittee shall conduct any work in the watercourse so as to
minimize increases in suspended solids and turbidity which may
degrade water quality and/or damage aquatic life outside the project
area.
