-2- <br />of the noncompliance shall be reported in writing to the Colorado Water <br />Quality Control Division with five (5) days of becoming aware of such <br />condition. <br />Areas suitable for vegetation shall be seeded or revegetated to prevent <br />subsequent soil erosion. <br />12. Fill material shall be clean, non-polluting materials. <br />13. Measures shall be taken to prevent the entrance of wet concrete into the <br />watercourse when placed in forms and/or from washing of trucks. <br />14. .Any diversion from or bypass of facilities necessary to maintain compliance <br />with the terms and conditions herein is prohibited, except (i) where <br />unavoidable to prevent loss of life or severe property damage, or (ii) <br />where excessive storm drainage or runoff would damage any facilities <br />necessary for compliance with limitations and prohibitations herein. The <br />Colorado Water Quality Control Division shall be notified immediately in <br />writing of each such diversion or bypass. <br />15. Solids. sludges, or other pollutants or dredged material removed in the <br />course of treatment or control of wastewaters shall be disposed in a manner <br />such as to prevent such materials from entering waters of the State. <br />16. Any discharge to waters of the State other than specifically authorized is <br />prohibited. <br />Dredging on filling in excess of that necessary to complete the project shall <br />not be permitted. <br />18. The work shall be planned so as to minimize the necessity of subsequent <br />maintenance. <br />19. Notify owners of potable water supply intakes within the downstream affected <br />zone of the proposed project prior to commencing work. <br />20.
