We are unable to take any action at this time because the Minerals
Program has not been funded since July 1, 1987. This status could change in
the middle of August when the Legislature reconvenes if action is completed to
authorize expenditure of funds for the Mined Land Reclamation hlinerals Program.
Please be advised that the statute and regulations governing mined land
reclamation of all mining are still in place and applicable. If you remitted
a check (money) with your submittal, it is being returned with this letter.
Reactivation of your request will require resubmittal of your check if action
to fund the program is completed by the Legislature.
Sinc,~rely,
'C ((GL~~~~"~

Edward L.
