Staff presentation was made by Reclamation Special' t, Brad Janes, egarding the
Weld County open pit sand and Gravel application fo a regular 112 mining and
reclamation permit. There was some question as to fi approval of
special use permit, 1etCCrs of objection that have been received by the
staff and the staff presented several stipulations that they felt should he
considered before permit is granted. Entire discussion can be heard on the
