These species for the most part can <br />disperse to surrounding properties. This may cause some increased <br />wiidlife/humaf7 incidents for nearby neighbors. <br />The main concern is the Preblers meadow jumping mouse <br />potential habitat. it does appear that the mining site is outside <br />of prime mouse habitat. where any suitable habitat (that will be <br />mined or disturbed in the course of the operation) daes exist, <br />nearer the Poudre River, trapping should occur to be as certain <br />as possible the mouse does not exist there. <br />sincerely, <br />~~~ <br />A.C.
